How it works
Once we have worked with you to determine your secure payment system needs, our trained staff will setup your secure payment gateway so it connect to your nominated bank account (the facility will function like an online EFTPos processing transactions and transferring monies within 6 seconds). Depending on your needs and options you select we will quickly and efficiently connect your new POS system to connect to your own payment gateway service and process secure payments as required.

Depending on your specific needs, the order process will be able to be followed from order to invoice by both your staff and customers through order history and e-mail (or other message type such as SMS if needed) notifications as orders progress. Your staff will be presented with a list of all new sales and sale details when they log onto the system. Sales can be reviewed, processed and new orders moved to a processed orders section for archival. Pending orders and quotes can be reviewed and followed up on to facilitate final sale if the quotation facility of PrimeTime Exchange is being used.
Users of the payment system will be presented with a payment facility, POS area, secure shopping cart or other secure facility branded to reflect the look and feel of your organisation detailing the various product configurations, options and prices for selection. Once a user has decided to proceed with payment they will be shown the items they have chosen to confirm before final payment completed.
Depending on your needs our team has developed a very flexible and fast to deploy installation process and can have the payment system infrastructure setup within a matter days of being advised of your project approval. The secure registration system on your Web site will be easily modified as the needs of your business evolve and can be repurposed or extended to accommodate future needs.

Merchant application and approval
Once setup your new secure online payment system will allow approved admininistrative staff to access all online sales data and to download and out put the data for use with many third party applications including:

Card types accepted
The online payment system to be used on your Web site can be setup to accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Diners, JCM and American Express. The PrimeTime Exchange payment system developed by NTech Media also offers purchase order and quotation facilities that allow your clients to select a product, place an order, generate a purchase order and then return and pay for the product at a later date. PrimeTime Exchange also offers special pricing to certain clients and can display a variety of pricing options to suite a variety of different client types.

PayPal Integration
NTech Media can also integrate the secure online payment system to allow PayPal payments as well as credit card payments, direct deposit orders and quotes and purchase orders. This addition will allow your users who may not have a credit card to use PayPal to process their payment as needed. The store experience will be seamless and your staff will be notified of sales in the typical manner. It may be a useful option to consider in cases where users don’t have credit cards or prefer to use PayPal.

Foreign Currency transactions
Depending on your setup requirements your secure online store can be setup to display prices in a variety of currencies (in real time) allowing your customers to see your products and services priced in the currency of their choice. Allowing users to avoid the confusion of trying to make meaning out of pricing and currency fluctuations and enabling them to make the sale being confident in pricing displayed.
You can also take payments in foreign currencies if using the National Multi Currency Acquiring service (available to National Australia Bank customers). Our professional staff will be able to provide advise and expertise in facilitating the setup of this service if required.

Recurring and periodic payments
If you have clients who you wish to bill regularly we can provide you with a recurring payment service. Once configured your team will be able to upload customer payment details to the gateway system and schedule transactions to be processed on a recurring basis. These payments can be uploaded and triggered by your own system, or alternatively they can be scheduled through our Merchant Management Facility. Please advise us if you would like to use the recurring payment services.

Flexible fees
NTech can setup your payment system infrastructure in a variety of ways including one off payment systems, user created systems (where your staff can create new secure payment pages and areas as needed and brand or adjust details as needed) or can develop a custom payment option to suite exactly what you may require. Prices and firm quotations are given once your needs have been reviewed. NTech have a range of fee and setup options to suit your volume, pricing and ongoing needs. We do not charge any flat fee per month (no sales no fees!) and have a sliding scale fee per transaction, based on volume.

Security and verification
The addition of the secure payment gateway process to your Web site will provide extremely high levels of system security by performing several tests at the time of
purchase
on credit card validity, check for available funds in the customers bank account and perform other security checks prior to verifying and completing an online order and depositing the monies into the specified bank account. The process of card verification and money transfer usually takes less than six seconds before order completion and deposit of monies into your account (dependent on options). The secure payment gateway setup for your online sales area will reside on a secure server and data between users and the payment system will be behind 1024 bit military strength encryption.
The secure online payment gateway systems setup by NTech Media conforms to Camtech/KeyCorp and Australian Treasury Best Practice and uses several additional security measures as needed (such as 3D Secure, CVC, 3 failed transactions attempts and your out, BIN and LUHN checks).

actions will be processed by a Camtech/Keycorp secure payment gateway and will verify all customer data using an online version of existing EFTPos technology. Camtech/Keycorp are the major supplier of online payment gateway technology to all Australian banks and NTech are proud to be certified Camtech e-commerce specialists.
As an added security precaution your staff will not have to manage any credit card information from online orders enabling a high level of security and duty of care to the consumer.
NTech can, if required, create a virtual EFTPos area for your staff to use as needed. This area may prove useful on certain occasions if a physical EFTPos device is unavailable, too expensive or you find it useful to utilise this service.
