This outlines 10 things you should check before ordering online.

1. Know the Business
   Know who the company is and their full street address.
2. Know the Product
   Check it has a valid guarantee, is legal, and will work in Australia. Goods or services you receive should match their description.
3. Check the Contract
   Understand and print out any terms and conditions. Check the due date and whether you need to be at home for the delivery.
4. Check the Cost
   Look for extras like currency conversion charges, taxes, customs duties, delivery fees, packaging and posting. Note who pays for postage if the goods are returned.
5. Check for Privacy
   Find out how your personal details will be used and decide whether you want them to be passed on to anyone else.
6. Confirm your Order
   You should be given the chance to confirm or reject your order before you pay for it.
7. Keep Records
   Print out your order before you send it and note and reference numbers.
8. Pay Securely
   Use sites your browser recognises as secure – look for an unbroken key or padlock at the bottom of your screen. Don’t enter financial information that isn’t needed for the sale.
9. Resolve any Problems
   Contact the trader about any problem as soon as possible. If unresolved, contact the relevant industry dispute scheme or your local consumer affairs or fair trading agency.
10. Look out for Scams
    If somethings seems “too good to be true” – it probably is.

Placing an Order

To review what is available simply browse the online catalogue. When you have arrived at the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on "Order". When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the "Checkout" link underneath your order. You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment (Credit Card or Direct Deposit) info.

In the case of payment by Credit Card, your order will be processed online immediately. Once your credit card details are verified (usually takes around 6 seconds) we can pack your order and ship it to you. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to NTech Media.

What is a CVV/CVC?

The CVV is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of Visa & MasterCard. Visa and MasterCard have been using the CVV since the late 1990's. The CVV is an important layer of security to help you avoid Card-Not-Present responses, which can potentially cause your transaction to be denied, and may be required or recommended by some payment processors or merchant banks.

Where do I find the CVV/CVC?

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at time of shipping. We are not responsible for typos or mistakes found in the price list.

GST

Our products are liable for GST in Australia. Additionally, all postage costs in Australia are liable for 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International orders are not affected by GST and do not have to pay it.

Halted Orders/Refunds/Returns

Should we be unable to fill your order for any reason, we will contact you within two working days with full details and inquire how you would like your order to proceed.

We are not responsible for damage after delivery to the carrier. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the carrier immediately.
